@TMobileHelp @Aish1127 Hi @TMobile - I wasn’t aware that northern VA was serviced by a third party vendor. Our service has been down since 9AM with no end in sight. We can’t even use cellular data for phone calls or internet. When can we expect a fix! Also this happened in April. Get a new vendor!

@TMobile if you are going to have a spam shield maybe have it block spam calls. Not only does to barely work, but locking call blocking behind a pay wall is pretty terrible.

just to give them time to resolve the issue. Then once they do we have to go back up to the store to return the new phone we didn’t need. Anyone else seeing an issue with this? In 2022, T-Mobile can lock your phone up and you foot the bill to fix it. Smh.

Ever since T-Mobile partnered with sprint it went to **** I legit HATE the service I’ve been getting and my phone isn’t that old. Apparently I’m not the only one with these issues, I’ve constantly had to restart my phone multiple times a day because it won’t send texts 🙄

@TMobileHelp keep getting "no signal" errors with the exclamation point in the signal icon. Since about 7:30am.EST today. Fairfax, VA 22030 and Arcola, VA 20166. These Pixel 6 phones have been a disappointment since day one, as has your service when we got forced from Sprint.
